  • Learn the essential skills every barber needs, including: sanitation, tools of the craft, clipper control, sectioning, scissor work, and styling techniques. This section covers the fundamentals, providing a strong technical foundation to build upon.

  • Develop the skills to create a unique client experience, from consultation and communication, to efficiency and long term client retention. Understand how to build lasting client relationships, manage appointments, and deliver services that keep clients coming back.

  • Beyond the technical skills, learn the business fundamentals of barbering, including pricing strategies, branding, and social media presence. Whether you’re starting as a solo barber or aiming to work in a shop, this section provides key insights to build a sustainable career and consistently growing your personal income.

FRAMEWORK

Build upon your foundations and develop the essential skills needed to transition from beginner to skilled barber.

Framework is designed to refine your techniques, improve efficiency, and enhance your understanding of precision cutting, fading, and styling.

This program focuses on elevating your craftsmanship, introducing advanced foundations, and strengthening your confidence behind the chair to service a range of clients, hair textures and hairstyles.

With a balance of hands-on training on mannequins and live models, you'll gain the skills necessary to create consistent, high-quality haircuts while building a loyal clientele as you move toward the Summit.

  • This course builds upon your foundational skills and introduces more refined cutting techniques, clipper control, fading consistency, and styling precision. If you have the basics down but want to improve speed, technique, and efficiency, this program is designed to take you to the next level.

  • Gain hands-on experience with more complex hair styles, mastering fading, and precise customized hairstyles. Learn how to customize and execute tailored haircuts and styles for your client while improving confidence and efficiency behind the chair.

  • As you refine your skills, we will also help you define your own signature approach and brand. This course helps you hone your personal style while mentoring a career path that matches your personal and career goals.

SUMMIT

Reach the peak of your craft and transition to the next phase of your journey, beyond the chair.

Designed for barbers with a complete foundation and elevated framework, this program will equip you with the tools to build maximized income behind the chair.

Beyond the chair, gain insights in entrepreneurship, owning and operating your own barbershop and team, and step into the world of education. This is where you start to build your own brand and ecosystem.

Course Details

  • Master the highest level of cutting and styling to master customization. This section is designed to refine your techniques for maximum efficiency, accuracy, and artistry, ensuring your work stands out in a competitive industry and held with high regard.

  • We will introduce the foundations of entrepreneurship, including barbershop operations, leadership within a team environment, and the early steps toward building a barbershop brand. Become a high-earning barber, or opening your own shop with lower risk and higher reward.

  • Learn how to effectively teach technical skills, structure learning sessions, and communicate knowledge in a way that improves the performance of others. The curriculum also provides a framework for building your own training programs, developing lesson plans, and delivering education both within your team and through independent workshops or classes. This is the starting point for barbers who want to mentor others and expand their influence beyond the chair.

  • This course is $1500 CAD + GST

1:1 TAILORED EDUCATION

For barbers looking for a fully immersive, personalized learning experience. This 1-to-1 Education program offers direct mentorship from Haides Co-Founder Gino Dominic.

All curriculum offerings are available and will be customized based on your desired outcome. These programs are designed for you to progress at your own pace with focused guidance, hands-on training, and a tailored approach to your career growth behind and beyond the chair.

Course Details

  • Every 1:1 program starts with a free 30 min discovery call, identifying your current skill level and defining the outcomes you want to achieve. Your curriculum is fully customized to focus on the technical areas that will move your work forward. Through hands-on demonstrations, guided practice, and direct feedback, each session is designed to accelerate your technical growth.

  • Work directly with Haides Co-Founder Gino Dominic in a mentorship environment designed to share true industry knowledge. Beyond technique, you’ll gain insights into the systems, mindset, and professional standards that have helped build and scale the Haides brand. This mentorship format allows for open discussion, problem solving, and personalized advice based on your career goals.

  • This program will be designed not only to improve your work behind the chair, but to help you think bigger about your long-term career. Depending on your goals, sessions may explore topics such as increasing income through service structure, building a strong and sustainable clientele, developing your personal brand, leadership within a team environment, and pathways toward entrepreneurship or education.

  • This 1:1 Tailored Education starts at $1000 CAD + GST. (3 × 2 hour sessions)

Course Fee: $2800 CAD plus GST.

This includes all class time, education materials, hands-on training and access to shop facilities. This course fee does not include tools. Tool kits available for purchases upon request.

Payment Options: Payment plans are available upon request. 50% deposit is required to secure your seat.

  • Transferable once with 14+ days notice.

  • No transfer within 14 days.

  • If balance isn’t paid within 24 hours of the first class → seat forfeited.
