Parlor by Haides is a full service barbershop, salon and brand located in Surrey, BC. Regarded as one of the best shops in the industry, Parlor by Haides prides itself on its high quality service, unique experience, strong team culture and growth driven processes.

Parlor by Haides is looking to expand its team by hiring barbers of all experience to add to it’s team in both the Surrey location and new Langley location (2022). A successful candidate should be someone who is friendly with an outgoing personality, who has strong customer service skills, motivated to learn, grow in the craft and industry as well as someone who demonstrates professionalism at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ability to perform primary services such as haircuts of all types as well as secondary services including but not limited to beard trims, eyebrows, and styling etc
• Build and retain clientele list
• Marketing personal barber brand and social accounts
• Operate and maintain personal booking schedule
• Strong knowledge of hair products used for client services and in the industry
• Ensure shop standard of cleanliness, organization and sanitation
• Endorse retail products and promotions
• Providing excellent customer service throughout hours of operation and services
• Handling cash payments through shop's point of sales system
